Mindfulness programs do more than just move the needle of wellness for your employees. Collective learning programs are transformative individually and for the whole group. We offer a set curriculum in three options: 1) A full year of training; 2) Integrated training at your pace; and 3) MBSR.

Corporate programs are designed to facilitate a community of collaborative resilient team members with neurologically informed tools to deal with high stress situations.  Offerings can be customized and include a preliminary goal setting session to identify your team’s unique needs and create an inclusive program with the cornerstone components of mindfulness included.

To support an environment of mindful communication and group growth, you can schedule a year of mindfulness with us.  Set up with a culminating “graduation” ceremony this year includes monthly material and a connection with our mindfulness instructors.

  • Monthly 2- hour workshops (or bi-weekly 1-hour workshops)
  • Bi-monthly 45-minute yoga sessions
  • Two one-on-one leadership sessions
  • Monthly custom-content newsletters
  • Ongoing Access to mindfulness instructor throughout the year

If you want mindfulness but you’d like to schedule it on your own time we offer an integrated curriculum that can be customized to meet your needs. 

  • Six  2-hour workshops (or two 4-hour workshops)
  • Three 45-minute yoga sessions
  • Two one-on-one leadership sessions
  • Three 15-minute mindfulness sessions (virtual)


The most rigorously studied program used in hospitals and corporations around the world.  Initially developed in the west  by John-Kabat Zinn, MBSR is a systematic training system of awareness building that expands intentional attention and increases ability to handle stress.  This system is experiential in nature and includes informal and formal methods of mindfulness practice.  Empirical findings of MBSR include: 

  • Lower levels of reported stress and stress-related symptoms
  • Increased ability to calmly face challenging situations
  • Increased reports of moment to moment enjoyment
  • Lower levels of pain and/or increased ability to cope with pain 
  • Improved self-acceptance, self-compassion, energy, and confidence

Eight consecutive weeks of 2 ½ hour classes  |  One half-day retreat

  • Expert instruction in mindfulness meditation practices (sitting, walking, body scan)
  • Gentle stretching and mindful yoga (appropriate for all ability levels)
  • Exercises to apply mindfulness to everyday life
